What began as a response to a global crisis quickly evolved into a purpose-driven mission. Born during the pandemic, the idea was simple yet bold: bridge U.S. technology with the untapped talent of Latin America. What started as a logistics solution soon revealed a greater opportunity, empowering people with next-gen tools and creating sustainable jobs that impact communities.

KIVO has established its strategic hub in Guatemala City, creating a strong foundation to support international operations and long-term partnerships. Positioned in one of the most connected and fast-growing nearshore locations in the region, our operations are built around agility, collaboration, and scalable support for modern businesses. Guatemala’s proximity to the United States, aligned time zones, and strong bilingual talent pool allow us to operate efficiently while maintaining real-time communication and strong cultural alignment with our partners.
What started as a team of just 25 employees at the beginning of 2024 has rapidly grown into a team of more than 100 talented professionals today. This growth has been driven by a strong focus on operational excellence, adaptability, and a people-first approach. At KIVO, we believe growth is not only about scaling numbers, but about building structured teams, creating opportunities, and developing environments where people can perform, learn, and grow professionally.
